Marc Winter began his career in construction, spending more than 15 years in contracting before becoming a licensed real estate broker in 1980.

He purchased his first investment property in 1981 and has been actively involved in real estate ever since.

Over the course of his career, Marc has been part of more than 500 closings and thousands of property inspections. He has personally purchased and managed dozens of properties, and operated a property management company overseeing hundreds of units for nearly two decades.

His approach is grounded in practical experience—focused on clarity, risk management, and long-term results.
